When your pump fails, every hour costs you. A flooded basement. Sewage that can’t drain. Water that won’t pressurize for the shower. We’ve been working on residential and commercial pumps across North County San Diego for years, and we know what every pump failure looks like — and how to fix it fast.
What we work on
Sump Pumps
The pump in your basement or crawl space that keeps groundwater from flooding your home. We carry common replacements in the truck and can swap most residential units the same day we arrive.
Sewage Ejector Pumps
If your home has a bathroom, laundry, or kitchen below the main sewer line, you have one of these. Heavy-duty units that grind solids and push wastewater uphill. When they fail, sewage backs up — we fix it fast.
Booster Pumps
Common in hillside homes and properties at the end of long water lines. We diagnose, repair, and replace booster pumps from Grundfos, Goulds, Franklin Electric, and others.
Well Pumps
For properties with private wells (common inland in Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Valley Center). Submersible well pumps, jet pumps, and pressure tanks. Pulling a well pump is heavy work — we have the equipment.
Pump Stations
For commercial properties, HOAs, mobile home parks, and apartment complexes. Complete pump station service including duplex setups, control panels, float switches, and discharge systems.

Common questions
How much does pump replacement cost?
It depends on what kind of pump and how it’s installed, but for typical residential sump and ejector pumps, expect $800 to $2,500 installed. Whole-house booster pumps and well pumps run higher.
How do I know my pump is failing?
Pumps usually warn you before they fail completely. Cycling more often than usual, strange noises, slow drainage, weak water pressure, or visible rust on the housing are all signs.
Is it a sump pump or a sewage ejector pump?
Easy way to tell: if it’s pumping clean water away from your foundation, it’s a sump pump. If it’s pumping wastewater from a bathroom or laundry up to the sewer line, it’s an ejector pump. They’re not interchangeable.
Do I need a booster pump or a well pump?
A well pump pulls water from your private well. A booster pump increases pressure on water you already have. Some properties have both.
What does pump maintenance involve?
We recommend an annual inspection: float switch test, check valve verification, motor amp draw reading, basin cleaning, and component visual check. Most failures we see are preventable with annual maintenance.
